1. Go to “menu”, press the blue button at the bottom of home screen.
2. Go to the “Device Settings”
3. Scroll down, and click on “Memory info.”
4. Next, click on “Internal Reserved Memory”
5. Finally, press the “Reset” button
Before pressing reset, make sure you back up your contacts to the SIM card, because this will delete the data for the following:
Contacts ,Bookmarks, Text Messages, Call history, Tasks, Memo, Alarms, and URL history

ReplyDeleteThe Default code is 12345 or 00000 or if its a 4 digit code, use 1234 or 0000
Deletetry the 0000 first.
